Constitutive lux I + Constitutive lux R + luxpR-regulated GFP

Combined sender-receiver construct; lux I (sender) and lux R (receiver) with separate tetR promoters. At a threshold cell density, the lux pR-regulated GFP will be expressed in much higher quantities, acting in a quorum-like manner. It was demonstrated that this construct does *not* self-induce.
